Shipping Policy
At Dorabi, we work carefully to prepare and deliver your order with reliable international shipping support. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order.
This policy applies to eligible orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
1. Order Processing and Delivery Timeline
Dorabi products are prepared and shipped internationally from our production facility in India.
Orders are typically dispatched within approximately 2-5 days from the date of order confirmation. This dispatch timeline includes order processing, preparation, quality checks, and packing.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes an additional 4–7 days, depending on the destination, courier availability, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
The estimated total delivery timeline is approximately two to three weeks from order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier disruption, customs clearance, weather conditions, local delivery restrictions, incorrect address details, peak-season volume, or other circumstances outside Dorabi's direct control.
2. Custom Orders for International Shipping
Custom orders are not available for international shipping unless specifically approved by Dorabi.
If Dorabi approves a custom order for international delivery, additional timelines, conditions, or restrictions may apply and will be communicated where relevant.
3. Peak-Season and Holiday Delays
During high-volume periods, delivery may take longer than the standard timeline. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Black Friday / Cyber Monday
- Christmas / New Year
- United States or Canadian public holidays
- Major sale periods
- Courier network congestion
During such periods, delivery may be extended by up to 30 additional days.
4. Significant Delivery Delays
Dorabi treats an order as significantly delayed if it exceeds 60 days, except where a peak-season extension or exceptional delivery disruption applies.
If an order is significantly delayed and has not yet been dispatched, the customer may be eligible to request cancellation and refund.
If an order has already been dispatched, Dorabi will continue to provide available tracking updates and delivery support. Cancellation may not be available once the order has been dispatched.
If an order has been dispatched and the customer refuses delivery, store credit or another resolution may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A full refund may not be available.
Dorabi will proactively email customers if we become aware of a significant delay affecting their order.
5. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation.
After the 24-hour cancellation window, cancellation may not be possible because the order may already be under processing, preparation, or dispatch planning.
To request cancellation, please email support@dorabi.us with your order number.
6. Payment and Currency
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- PayPal
Orders are charged immediately upon confirmation.
For Canadian customers, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may convert the USD amount into CAD. Any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or exchange rate differences are determined and charged by your payment provider, not Dorabi.
7. Gift Coupons, Gift Cards, and Discounts
You may use one gift coupon or promotional discount offer per order.
Multiple gift cards may be used on a single order.
Promotional discount codes, gift coupons, and gift cards are for one-time use only and cannot be transferred, re-issued, or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
The total order value must be at least $40 USD after applying promotional discounts.
8. Order Confirmation and Processing
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Dorabi reserves the right to cancel an order within 3 business days if we are unable to fulfill it due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Quality issues with fabric or trims
- Insufficient product or material availability
- Inability to comply with special instructions
- Incomplete, incorrect, or unsupported shipping address
- Non-compliance with coupon or discount usage policy
- Significant pricing errors due to manual or technical issues
- Suspicious or unusual activity flagged by our systems
If your order is cancelled by Dorabi, you will be notified by email and will receive a full refund within 3 business days, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.
9. Order Verification and Fraud Checks
Dorabi may request additional verification before processing certain orders. Verification may be requested for:
- High-value orders
- Bulk orders
- Coupon misuse or suspected misuse
- Suspicious billing and shipping address mismatch
- Other suspicious activity flagged by Dorabi's systems
If the requested verification is not completed, Dorabi may cancel the order and issue a refund.
10. Where We Deliver
Dorabi ships to eligible physical addresses in:
- The contiguous United States
- Canada, where supported by our delivery partners
We do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Freight forwarders
- Reshipping warehouses
- Package forwarding addresses
- Addresses that are not serviceable by our courier partners
Dorabi may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be addressed to freight forwarders, reshipping services, or package forwarding addresses.
11. Remote or Rural Canadian Addresses
Delivery to remote or rural Canadian addresses may require manual review after the order is placed and is subject to courier serviceability.
If the address is not serviceable, Dorabi may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If the address is serviceable, the standard estimated delivery timeline applies.
12. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are exclusive of product prices and will be applied at checkout.
Shipping charges are based on the number of items in the order and apply to eligible orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

For orders containing more than 6 items, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the number of items in the order.
Shipping charges, taxes, and applicable fees will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
13. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
Dorabi covers applicable export and import duties required for standard delivery of your order to the United States or Canada.
Customers should not be required to pay any additional amount to a courier, customs authority, or delivery partner to receive the order, apart from the amount paid directly to Dorabi at checkout.
If a courier, customs authority, or delivery partner requests payment for customs duties or import charges, please refuse payment and contact Dorabi immediately at support@dorabi.us.
Dorabi is not responsible for unrelated taxes, penalties, payment-provider fees, currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or charges outside the standard import and delivery process for this purchase.
Shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.
14. Tracking Information
Every shipped order will receive a tracking number.
Tracking details will be shared at dispatch or within 24–72 hours after dispatch.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch, depending on when the courier activates the tracking link and updates its system.
15. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts, subject to local courier policies.
If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, Dorabi will attempt to contact the customer using the contact details provided with the order.
If Dorabi is unable to establish communication with the customer within 7 days, the order may be treated as unclaimed, abandoned, or returned, depending on courier handling.
16. Signature Delivery
Signature requirements are courier-dependent and may vary by destination, shipment type, or local delivery process.
If the courier requires a signature and the customer is unavailable, the courier's failed delivery process will apply.
17. Failed, Refused, or Unclaimed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, failure to respond, or failure to collect the package, the order may be returned, held, or abandoned by the courier.
In such cases, the customer may receive only a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund.
Dorabi may deduct all applicable costs, including:
- Shipping charges
- Duties and customs-related costs
- Return-handling charges
- Cancellation fees
- Courier charges
- Other applicable costs related to the failed delivery
18. Damaged Package
If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and contact Dorabi within 72 hours.
For damaged package claims, the following proof is mandatory:
- Order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the product
- Unboxing video
Claims submitted without the required proof may not be eligible for resolution.
19. Missing, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
If your order contains a missing, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact Dorabi within 48 hours of delivery.
For missing, incorrect, or incomplete item claims, the following proof is mandatory:
- Order ID
- Clear video proof
Dorabi may resolve such cases through replacement, refund, or another case-by-case resolution, depending on the issue and available evidence.
20. Lost Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the delivery confirmation email or tracking delivery confirmation.
Dorabi will assist with reviewing the delivery issue with the courier partner where possible.
Dorabi is not responsible for the cost or replacement of lost packages if we are notified after this 3-business-day period.
21. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is not currently available for orders shipped to the United States or Canada.
22. Multiple Orders and Combined Shipments
If a customer places multiple separate orders, Dorabi may combine them into one shipment where operationally possible.
Customers may request order combination by contacting support@dorabi.us.
If separate orders are combined, the original shipping fees charged at checkout will remain unchanged.
23. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are governed by Dorabi's separate Return and Exchange Policy.
Shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.
Any duties, customs-related charges, or shipping costs included, absorbed, or incurred as part of fulfilling the order will not be refunded in the event of a return, exchange, failed delivery, refused delivery, unclaimed delivery, or customer-requested cancellation after the permitted cancellation window.
If a customer dislikes the product but there is no issue with the product delivered, any store credit, exchange, or return option will be handled according to Dorabi's Return and Exchange Policy.
