Returns and Exchange Policy
At Dorabi, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. We understand that an item may not always be the right fit, and we are here to help where our policy conditions are met.
This Exchange & Return Policy applies to eligible orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
Because Dorabi orders are shipped internationally, all return, exchange, cancellation, and refund requests must follow the timelines and conditions below.
1. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request to modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, cancellations are not allowed.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
If Dorabi cancels an order due to stock availability, address issues, fraud checks, fulfillment limitations, or any other issue from Dorabi’s side, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
If a customer cancels within the valid 24-hour cancellation window, product charges and shipping charges paid at checkout will be refunded, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.
2. Return and Exchange Window
Eligible non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the actual delivery date.
Return or exchange requests received after this 30-days window may not be accepted.

Customers may also raise an issue through Dorabi’s Instagram support channel; however, official return, exchange, and refund processing must be completed through email or the return portal.
3. Return Eligibility Conditions
Returned items must be in original and resalable condition.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- Unaltered
- Returned with all tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
- Free from perfume, stains, makeup, pet hair, damage, or any signs of use
Dorabi reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
If a return is rejected after inspection, the refund may be denied. If store credit has already been issued, Dorabi may adjust or reverse the product value from the store credit. If an exchange order has already been created, Dorabi may cancel the exchange order.
4. Return Pickup and Return Shipping
For eligible US and Canada returns, Dorabi will arrange return pickup where courier pickup is serviceable.
Customers should not send any item back without prior approval from Dorabi.
If courier pickup is available, the customer does not need to arrange return shipping independently.
If courier pickup is not serviceable for the customer’s location, Dorabi may ask the customer to ship the item through a return courier. In such cases, Dorabi may reimburse up to USD $20, or the equivalent amount paid to the return courier, as store credit, subject to proof of shipping cost.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
If a return shipment is lost after being collected or handled by the assigned return courier, the issue will be reviewed with the courier partner.
Dorabi is not responsible for unauthorized returns sent without prior approval.
5. Return Address
Customers should not send returns to any Dorabi address without prior approval.
The return address or pickup instructions will be provided only after the return or exchange request is approved.
Unidentified or unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender and may not be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
6. Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible change-of-mind returns, Dorabi provides store credit only.
Store credit will be issued for the eligible product value paid by the customer, excluding non-refundable shipping charges, duties, customs-related charges, and international handling costs where applicable.
Customers may use the store credit to purchase another item of the same value or a higher-value item by paying the price difference.
Store credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside Dorabi.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
7. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of the actual delivery date.
Each product is eligible for only one exchange.
Customers may request:
- A different size of the same product
- A different product
- Store credit
- A refund only in specific approved cases
For size exchanges, Dorabi will arrange the replacement subject to the product and size eligibility rules.
If the requested exchange size is unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted by the customer, Dorabi may issue a refund to the original payment method.
Exchange eligibility applies to all eligible items unless the product is marked as final sale, clearance, non-returnable, or where different sizes have varied prices and are subject to separate terms.
If the exchanged item costs more than the original item, the customer must pay the difference.
If the exchanged item costs less than the original item, the balance may be issued as store credit, subject to Dorabi’s approval.
Approved replacement dispatch may be processed separately from the return pickup of the original item.
8. Defective, Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
Dorabi will review claims for defective, damaged, wrong, missing, or incomplete items if they are reported within the required timeline and supported by mandatory proof.
Damaged Package
If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, the customer should refuse delivery and contact Dorabi within 24 hours.
For damaged package claims, the following proof is mandatory:
- Order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the product
- Unboxing video
Missing, Wrong, or Incomplete Item
If the order contains a missing, wrong, or incomplete item, the customer must contact Dorabi within 24 hours of delivery.
For missing, wrong, or incomplete item claims, the following proof is mandatory:
- Order ID
- Clear video proof
Defective Product
Defective product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Required proof may include:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product
- Video proof
- Any additional evidence requested by Dorabi
For confirmed defective or wrong-item cases approved by Dorabi, the customer may receive a replacement or refund.
Store credit and alteration support are not the standard resolution for confirmed defective or wrong-item cases unless Dorabi specifically offers them.
If Dorabi confirms that the issue was caused by Dorabi’s error, Dorabi will absorb the applicable return shipping and duty-related cost connected to the approved resolution.
Claims submitted without the required proof may not be eligible for replacement, refund, exchange, or store credit.
9. Custom Orders
Custom orders are not available for international shipping unless specifically approved by Dorabi.
If Dorabi approves a custom international order, the order is final sale.
Approved custom international orders are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or alteration support.
If a custom order has a confirmed production issue and does not match the fit or specifications provided by the customer and approved by Dorabi, Dorabi may issue store credit after review.
For custom size or fit production issue claims, the following proof is mandatory:
- Order ID
- Photos
- Measurement video
- Original size or fit details submitted by the customer
10. Sale, Discounted, Clearance, Gift Card, and Final Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are eligible for return or exchange unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
Custom garments are final sale.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Items purchased using gift cards are not eligible for return.
If an order was purchased using a discount code, any refund or store credit will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer, not the original product price.
Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
11. Non-Refundable Charges
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Duties, customs-related charges, international handling costs, and shipping-related costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
If a customer returns an item due to change of mind, the original outbound shipping charges will not be refunded and may be deducted from any refund or store credit.
If Dorabi cancels an order before dispatch, shipping charges paid at checkout will be refunded.
If a customer cancels within the valid 24-hour cancellation window, shipping charges paid at checkout will be refunded.
If Dorabi confirms an error from its side, Dorabi may absorb the applicable shipping and duty-related costs connected to the approved resolution.
12. Refund and Store Credit Processing
Store credit will be issued within 5 business days after Dorabi receives and inspects the returned item, where applicable.
If a refund to the original payment method is approved, Dorabi will process the refund within 7 business days.
Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to the customer’s account.
13. Return Rejection After Inspection
Dorabi may reject a return after inspection if the item does not meet the required return conditions.
A return may be rejected if the item is:
- Worn
- Washed
- Used
- Altered
- Missing tags
- Missing original packaging
- Stained
- Damaged
- Affected by perfume, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use
- Sent without approval
- Sent outside the return window
If a return is rejected, Dorabi may deny the refund or store credit. If an exchange order was created, Dorabi may cancel the exchange order.
14. Return Pickup Location
Return pickup is available only from the original delivery address used for the order.
Dorabi cannot arrange return pickup from a different address, alternate location, hotel, office, forwarding address, or temporary address.
If the customer is unavailable at the original delivery address, they must coordinate availability for pickup from the original delivery location.
If pickup from the original delivery address is not possible or not serviceable, Dorabi may ask the customer to ship the approved return through a courier. In such cases, Dorabi may reimburse up to USD $20, or the equivalent amount paid to the return courier, as store credit, subject to proof of shipping cost.
